Refund and Return Policy

Our return and refund policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

Some types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also don’t accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or products containing flammable liquids or gases.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund.

 

There are certain cases where only partial refunds are made:

 

Book with obvious signs of use

Any opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record.

Any product not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our fault, or with missing parts.

Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Money Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or declined.

 

If your return is approved, your return will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method.
